Coffee Morning


Anchoreach C.I.C is delighted to be working in partnership with Quay Corner to host a welcoming Parent and Baby Coffee Morning, creating a relaxed space for parents to come together, connect and unwind. These sessions are all about building friendships, sharing experiences and reducing isolation, offering a supportive environment where new mums and dads can meet others on a similar journey.
For just £5, attendees can enjoy a hot drink and a slice of cake while their little ones stay close by, making it an affordable and friendly way to get out of the house, boost wellbeing and feel part of a community.

Hello Group


If you’re looking for a friendly, welcoming space to meet new people and feel part of a community, the Hello Group is the perfect place to start. Running twice a week, these relaxed sessions bring people together through fun & games, giving everyone the chance to get involved and enjoy themselves. It’s more than just activities—it’s about building connections, boosting confidence and combatting social isolation in a supportive environment. Whether you fancy a chat, want to try something new, or simply need a reason to get out of the house, the Hello Group offers a warm and inclusive space where everyone is welcome.

The 'Chatter & Natter table' is a wonderful way of encouraging people of all ages to talk to others. During the day and time below, the table will be hosted by a friendly volunteer of Anchoreach C.I.C. Do come along and sit for a chat.

Peer Support Drop-in Sessions

If you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to talk and feel heard, Anchoreach C.I.C’s peer support drop-in sessions are here for you. Taking place every Tuesday from 12–2, these relaxed sessions offer the chance to connect with others who understand, share experiences and support one another in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment. Whether you need a listening ear, a bit of encouragement or simply want to be around others, you can drop in at your own pace—no pressure, just support when you need it.

Sign Language

If you’ve ever wanted to learn something new and useful, our sign language sessions are a great place to start. In these friendly and interactive sessions, you’ll learn how to hold a basic conversation, fingerspell the alphabet and different names, and build up your knowledge of everyday words and phrases. It’s a fun and supportive environment where you can develop new skills, boost your confidence and connect with others while learning a valuable way to communicate.

Arts & Crafts


If you’re looking for a relaxed and creative way to spend your afternoon, why not join our arts and crafts sessions every Thursday from 12:30–2:30? These friendly sessions are a great chance to unwind, try something new and get creative, whether you’re a complete beginner or already love crafting. It’s also a lovely opportunity to meet new people, have a chat and enjoy some time for yourself in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Confidence Building Workshop

As part of Project RISE, our Confidence Building Workshop is here to give you that extra boost we all need from time to time. In a friendly and supportive setting, you’ll take part in fun activities, open group discussions and simple personal development exercises designed to help you build self-belief and feel more confident in your everyday life. Whether you’re looking to step out of your comfort zone, meet new people or just feel a bit more like yourself again, this workshop offers a positive space to grow and thrive.

Stockton Veterans Hub

Anchoreach C.I.C is working in partnership with East Durham Veterans Trust to offer free support for veterans and their families, including counselling, housing, benefits and PIP support, and help with food and fuel poverty. Our Stockton Veterans Hub is now open—just walk in for support, speak to a counsellor accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists QNVMHS, and enjoy a warm welcome from our volunteers over a brew and a chat.

Are you looking for a positive, hands-on way to give back, build new skills, and connect with others?
Our Community Gardening drop-in sessions (Mon-Fri 9-3) offer a welcoming and supportive space where you can get involved at your own pace. Whether you’re planting, growing, or simply enjoying being outdoors, these sessions are about more than just gardening—they’re about meeting new people, boosting wellbeing, and feeling part of something meaningful. No experience is needed, just come along, get involved, and grow more than just vegetables.
